I will not be using my blog for homework updates. I am using Google Classroom a lot and find that the students are relying on that location to keep on track. If there are any announcements, I will post those in Google Classroom as well. Thank you for your patience. The students are doing a FANTASTIC job. I'm so proud of them.

HAPPY MONDAY!

 I think I have gotten everything caught up.  I'm sorry I haven't posted anything lately.  Last week was a whirlwind, and I was just trying to make sure we were cleaning and getting our new "normal" all taken care of.  

The students are doing great with all the new changes.  I'm so proud of them.  It will take a while to get used to everything, especially the new time schedule.  Not only do we have a pandemic going on, but we also have a new FACTS system, new schedule, new time schedule, and new guidelines we must follow for everything.  As I was told by one of my co-workers a couple of years ago, "Change is hard".  She was absolutely correct. This too shall pass, and we will go back to our new normal.  

If you ever have a question please do hesitate to email me.  I will get back to you as soon as I can.  Usually it won't be more than 24 hours.

Welcome Back!

      I am so glad to be back at school.  I have missed you all so much.  I am looking forward to being the new 8th grade teacher this year.  I can't believe this is your last year here at St. Peters.  I know this year will be a bit crazy with rules and new guidelines, but I will try my best to keep it as stress-free as possible.  I will be using Google Classroom and not this Blog.  Please make sure your notifications are turned on so when I do have a post you will know.  I can't wait for Tuesday!
